Matt Czimskey Serves as President of Waco-McLennan County Young Lawyers Association

Matt Czimskey is serving as president of the Waco-McLennan County Young Lawyers Association (“WMCYLA“) for 2017-2018.

A partner at Beard Kultgen, Matt is a Waco native who graduated from Baylor University in 2007. He continued his studies at Baylor Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2012. Matt was named the 2016 Outstanding Young Lawyer Award by WMCYLA. He cares deeply about his community and has significant experience with community involvement and building relationships. Matt and his wife, Amanda, and their children, Olivia and Pierce, reside in Waco.

WMCYLA is comprised of all lawyers in the county who are aged 36 or younger and/or who have been practicing law for fewer than 5 years. An affiliate of the Waco-McLennan County Bar Association, WMCYLA focuses on service to the community.

Beard Kultgen is dedicated to supporting the communities that it serves. Firm attorneys frequently volunteer in pro bono, charitable, civic, and educational initiatives. The Firm also is invested in the revitalization of downtown Waco with its newly renovated downtown office. In these and other ways, Beard Kultgen — which has assisted clients throughout Texas for more than 60 years – strives to better serve the community.
