Overview
Jennifer Lindsey has experience representing a variety of businesses and individuals in residential and commercial real estate matters, including complex financing transactions, the purchase and sale of business entities and complex business transactions.
In addition to serving clients on legal matters, Ms. Lindsey serves as a director for The G.H. Pape Foundation and a member of The First National Bank of Central Texas Young Business Council. She is also a member of the Waco Public Improvement District No. One Advisory Board and the Waco Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission. Ms. Lindsey is a member of the Highland Baptist Church Personnel Committee. Ms. Lindsey was named as a partner at Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick and Dickson, PLLC in 2014.
