McKenzie McEntyre is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on complex civil litigation, real estate and property disputes. She brings a sharp writing background, a collaborative working style, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. McKenzie represents individuals, businesses, and institutional clients across Texas in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on strategic analysis, clear communication, and efficient resolution. McKenzie also has experience in representing athletes in their NIL (name, image, likeness) contracts with universities.
Before joining Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick & Dickson PLLC, McKenzie gained experience in both civil and criminal litigation, preparing trial strategy, discovery, and motion practice in high-stakes matters. Notably, she was second chair on a Capital Murder trial and several other first-degree felony cases. Her journalism and communications training adds precision and clarity to her written advocacy, and she is known for her attention to detail and organized, client-centered approach.
At the firm, McKenzie assists in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediation strategy, and trial preparation.
Originally from Orange County, California, McKenzie moved to Waco to play Division I softball for Baylor University and has remained rooted in the community ever since. A proud Double Bear, she lives in Waco with her husband and their son. Outside the office, McKenzie enjoys staying active, spending time with her family, supporting Baylor athletics, and cheering on the San Diego Padres.
McKenzie is actively engaged in the Baylor and Central Texas communities. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Baylor Line Foundation, supporting alumni engagement and student initiatives.
