Mr. Istre joined Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick & Dickson, PLLC in February, 2012. Before joining the firm, he was a partner with the Dallas firm, Cowles & Thompson. Mr. Istre’s practice is focused on representing financial institutions in the areas of structured finance and corporate securities.
